A Nigerian man, Osayande Raphael Osaretin, has gone public with a heartbreaking revelation about his marriage, seeking advice and emotional support after finding out that his wife has been unfaithful barely two months after their wedding.
In a deeply emotional post, Raphael explained that his wife’s affair actually started before their marriage and has continued even after they tied the knot. According to him, the man she is allegedly involved with not only provides her with financial support but has also disrupted the plans and dreams the newlyweds had hoped to build together.
Sharing his pain, Raphael wrote:
“I recently got married, but within just two months, I discovered my wife has been unfaithful. This affair actually started before I even came into the picture, and sadly, it has continued even after our marriage. She receives money and support from another man, and it has affected everything we planned together.
Since finding out, my life has turned upside down. I can’t sleep, I can’t think straight, and I keep asking myself why someone would knowingly destroy both her own home and another woman’s home. To make matters worse, she presents herself as a committed church worker, which makes the betrayal even more painful.”
The distraught husband admitted that the experience has left him emotionally shattered, filled with sleepless nights, confusion, and heartbreak.
He further revealed that he has pictures of the alleged man and his wife, noting that he got married to his own wife on June 14th, 2025.
Raphael ended his post with an emotional plea:
“This is my cry for help. Nigerians, I need your advice and prayers. I don’t want to carry this pain alone. How do I handle this? How do I protect my peace when the marriage I entered with love and hope has already been damaged by infidelity?”
His story has stirred mixed reactions online, with many sympathizing with him while others advised him to prioritize his mental health and peace of mind above trying to “fix” a broken union so early in the marriage.
