Controversial activist Verydarkman (VDM) has finally opened up on what transpired between him and BBNaija star, Phyna, regarding her sister’s tragic accident involving a Dangote truck.

VDM revealed that Phyna contacted him on August 12 via Facebook Messenger immediately after the accident, pleading with him to help raise awareness so her sister could get justice. They later exchanged contacts, and Phyna met him at Lagos Island near Eko Hotel alongside representatives of Dangote Group.

According to VDM, during the meeting, Phyna also mentioned that her car had been bashed and needed repairs. Out of goodwill, he connected her to his mechanic, who initially gave her an estimate she couldn’t afford. However, the mechanic eventually agreed to fix the car for free, as a gift to VDM.

The activist further disclosed that they had planned to meet Dangote’s top boss in his office, but on the scheduled day, Phyna went alone with her lawyer. When VDM inquired, Phyna allegedly told him that the Dangote representatives said they were afraid of him and preferred she came without him.

Feeling sidelined and used, VDM said he simply texted her on WhatsApp to be careful with them, but she never replied. Later, Phyna messaged him again asking for the mechanic’s number, but by then, VDM was upset and chose to ignore her calls.

According to VDM, his decision to speak publicly came after seeing a post where Phyna accused him of abandoning her. In his words:

“Phyna, even though I have forgiven you, I just hope you have learnt that in this life, you should be careful who you use. You used me, and now they are playing you. I forgive you and I still love you genuinely, but I hope your sister is taken care of.”

VDM went on to issue a stern warning to Dangote Group, threatening to shut down their Edo State factory and stop all their trucks from crossing the state if they fail to provide proper medical care for Phyna’s sister, who had both legs crushed in the accident.

He concluded by stressing that Phyna’s sister must not be left to suffer or die from the negligence of the company’s driver.
