On the first video, the pregnant woman was crying and calling out the husband, asking why he’d stand and watch while his mother assault her.
In her words;
“Is it a crime to be married? You said that I should pack out from my husband’s house. You are hitting a pregnant woman to leave the house in the presence of my children. Look at my children there. His mother is beating me and he is watching it.”
On the second video, the woman and her Mother in-law could be seen exchanging words while the husband was trying to calm the situation. The husband had asked the wife to sit down at a point, of which she resisted, asking why she should sit down while his mother is beating her.
