In a deeply emotional note shared before entering the operating theatre, a young content creator simply known as Opuruiche poured out fears of the unknown while making a solemn plea regarding the future of her only child.
Writing with raw vulnerability, she revealed the pain she has endured behind her smiles and videos:
“Hei Destiny Helpers, I’ve been creating content in pains, frequenting hospitals, and still smiling. But finally today, I’m entering the theatre with so much fear… fear of the unknown. With so much ‘what if, what if.’”
She went on to make a heartbreaking declaration about her son, her most treasured gift in life:
“If I don’t make it out alive, please no one should allow my son live with my siblings. He can visit them, but never the one who replaced our first son. They never cared for me as the last born, so they cannot care for my seed. Let strangers handle my son instead of my siblings. I forbid him from ever having an encounter with the one who replaced our first son. My son is all life has given me.”
The post has left many of her followers shaken, sending waves of prayers and words of encouragement her way. While she battles her fears, she ended her message with surrender:
“I love you all for loving me. Let God be God.” 🙌
